Hello:
When I open kmix window by clicking "show mixer window" in system tray kmix, kmix window is placed at the upper left corner of the screen and it has no wndow decorations. See image: http://i55.tinypic.com/122gqz5.jpg
I have openSUSE 11.2 w/t KDE 4.5.1 factory and kmix-4.5.1-131.1.
How to fix this one?
Fix what? It's supposed to look like that.
If you want 'decoration' click the "mixer" button.
Thanks. That's what I wanted. I even did not notice that "mixer" is a clickable button. I thought it was the name of the application.
LOL. Just like so many other tools and applications, eh?
Now I don't see what the right click > show mixer window option is good for at all. What is the purpose of putting that thing at the left upper corner after clicking in the right lower corner? What is it good for?
Well if you worked in Perl you'd know that "there's more than one way of doing things". I trust you have this in your system tray and that's where you are right clicking it. Have you tried left clicking it? As far as I can see, if you ... Right click it appears on the top left and Left click it appears on the bottom right That seems logical enough to me :-) [and if you middle click the icon changes size :-) ] -- The best victory is when the opponent surrenders of its own accord before there are any actual hostilities...It is best to win without fighting.
