Skype is only 32, and i saw problems with ubuntu on 64. Does it run ok here, on 122?
I had only one problem: during installation of 64b Skype. It doesn't contain dependencies to 64b libraries, so after install I launched it from command line and it wrote something like "error, file blahblah is missing", so I installed respective library and after several steps like that it works fine. :-) openSUSE 12.2, KDE 4.9.3.
The install should be quite simple. 1. Download the latest skype RPM form their website. 2. zypper in skype* 3. zypper in alsa-plugins-pulse-32bit You may also need to manually install libpulse0-32bit if you don't already have it installed. That's it. Everything shoudl work as normal.
