ezmlm instalation

Hello , i trying to install ezmlm software on my linux box and i would like to ask You is it posible to use ezmlm together with sendmail or postfix or it requires qmail . And if this is case , can someone provide me informations where i can find tutorials or manuals how to install and work with ezmlm.
