[opensuse] Synaptic touchpad broken in 10.2 RC1

In testing 10.2 RC1 x86_64 on a HP dv5000 series laptop, I found that the synaptic touchpad looses sync. Dmesg reports that the sync loss is do to lost bytes. This makes the touchpad unuseable.
