Linux Journal December 2nd, 2008 by Justin Ryan
Hi Fred. While I'm glad to see this happen, as someone who has been paid for writing articles, I thought I would point out a few things: 1. Linux Journal is a copyrighted site. IANAL, but I do believe that your post has violated their copyright. 2. Generally, when you post about an article, I would recommend only posting the first and/or second paragraph, and then give the link to the article. Sites generate income through ad revenue, and the writer generally gets paid by how many times the page is viewed - at least that's how I get paid . Please support website authors(like me :-) The original article is available at: http://www.linuxjournal.com/content/opensuse-ends-eula Thanx for the heads up though. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
