Today is the last day you can submit your ideas on how the YaST Mascot should look like and the YaST Mascot name. The judging will begin on October 21, and the winner will be announced on October 27.
I wasn't even aware that there was such a contest. First news.
Not that I could participate, anyway...
Well, the YaST Mascot Contest is a lot about sharing the ideas not only about a graphical design.
If you don't have (any) graphical skills, just put your ideas on a piece of paper and scan/take a picture of them. Upload that picture to the wiki and comment it.
But the main problem is that, IMO, nobody knew about this contest. I have asked some people, and they had no idea. By the way, the big cat (Yo) reminds me of a kzin :-P And "Yo" means "I" in my language... - -- Cheers, Carlos E.
