All,
After my first zypper dup, there are some strange side-effects I'm trying to chase down. One appeared when trying to reply to Carlos on this list. Tbird reported it could not find my secret key to sign the reply? Huh?

[opensuse] Thunderbird fails to GPG sign S/MIME messages
Bug 1155673
But after I re-added the missing key, I could send the message to you. Before when the key vanished after zypper dup, Tbird would not even let the message send. Once I found the backup and re-added the gpg secret key, it sends just fine. Gremlins....
I have not lost any key. Alpine finds and uses them. Besides, you used Thunderbird/52.9.1, which works fine. The problematic one is 68.1.1 - -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R.
