Has anyone managed to get Intel C++ working on SuSE linux? I have 7.3 professional, a trial license and the compiler is running fine.
However, it won't compile anything. It fails with a bunch of errors, about its include files.
I have the license file installed. I've run the iccvars.sh script to set the environment. So if you have got it working, what did you do? Nothing, except to follow their advice to use a rh71 version with 2.4.x kernel distros. Do you have gcc working, which would assure that the headers not supplied with icc are present? There should be new 5.0.1 versions soon, even though 6.0 and 7.0 get most of the effort.
