[oS-EN] New formatting of updates announcements

Hi, I see that the new batch of update announcements come in html, with some simple formatting. Good, I like that, it was about time :-) Just one "but": the text should be monospaced, because otherwise it doesn't align. I'm thinking specifically of "SUSE-SU-2023:2243-2: important: Security update for ucode-intel".
