Don't panic -- you forgot to run `autoconf' after patching; `-lncurses'
has to appear while you try to link. Perhaps, I wasn't clear enough;
here we go again:
cd .../postgresql-6.3.2/src
autoconf
./configure --with-includes=/usr/include/termcap --with-libs=/usr/lib/termcap
But I guess, if linking against ncurses, termcap isn't actually needed.
