It is used inside R&D for tracking Level3 support issues, maintenance issues and job offerings and applications. You see, it is a very flexible system ;-) RPMs are available from the buildservice: http://software.opensuse.org/search?q=swamp&p=1&baseproject=openSUSE%3A10.2 http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/swamp/
And SWAMP is activily maintained inhouse.
