Using Online Update with SLES9

      By default these servers come configured on install of SLES9

http://sdb2.suse.de/download (Ireland)
and
http://sdb.suse.de/download (Germany)

Are these the only 2 servers? Are there US mirrors?
Also where do I setup credentials for these or any other servers? The 
account from Suse when we setup our corporate SLES9 licensing doesn't 
seem to work.

Any help would be appreciated.
