MICQ is a kewl ICQ replacement. I mention this cause I know some people like to chat and hate these slow, flabby java based versionings of the Winbloze chat software, AIM (aol instant messenger) and Java ICQ.... MICQ and LICQ are fairly stable and the build for MICQ is _fast_ and compiles in 5 or 10 minutes. The neat thing about this program for me is it's a hack that's small, fast, takes up almost no disk space and work directly from the console, so if you don't have a monster machine, you can run it with no issues, cause you don't even need to be in X to use it. It works right from the command line.
Sounds good to me! Where would I find MICQ?
