I've installed SuSE on a PowerEdge before. I had to install RAID drivers first though. I don't remember the exact wording, but when I booted up with the SuSE CD I had to select "Advanced Installation" (or something like that), install the RAID driver, then SuSE found my RAID array just fine. You probably need to do the same thing. Just a thought. -JM -----Original Message----- From: kengheng [mailto:kengheng@mysql.cc] Sent: Wednesday, October 22, 2003 8:29 AM To: SuSE-Linux Subject: [SLE] PowerEdge 6300 Suse 8.2 Hello All, I got Dell PowerEdge 6300, I'm installing Suse 8.2, but yast can't recognize any hd although there are 3 SCSI hd on it, is anyone who had faced the same problems, please provide guide here. -- Best regards, kengheng SQL DotCOM http://www.mysql.cc mailto:kengheng@mysql.cc -- Check the headers for your unsubscription address For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the archives at http://lists.suse.com Please read the FAQs: suse-linux-e-faq@suse.com
