It appears I now have to enter the WiFi password every time I try to connect. In 13.1, I could save the password for each connection. While I could use KWallet, that also required the password to be entered every time I log into my computer. How do I permanently save the Wifi passwords, without using KWallet??? I assume you use NetworkManager. Click on the network widget in the system

Select the name you want to save the password for. Select Connection -> Edit. You will be prompted for the root password. Select the tab General Settings and enable "All users are allowed to use this connection when available". The password will be saved in plain text in one of the files in /etc/NetworkManager/system-connections/
I have tried that, as that has been the usual procedure in earlier versions. However, I'll try it again, in case I missed something. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
