And SUSE has several that are *not* a mess.
Only takes one.
Please, I read and respond to list mail on the list. There is absolutely *no* reason to also send copies of list mail to me directly. Your expected compliance is appreciated. -- Patrick Shanahan Registered Linux User #207535 http://wahoo.no-ip.org @ http://counter.li.org HOG # US1244711 Photo Album: http://wahoo.no-ip.org/gallery2

Hey Guys, I think we are getting off the topic. I see this is turning into a distro war. I am a long term SuSE user AND I use Ubuntu 6.06 and have wondered (other than Gnome desktop default in Ubuntu and debian-based) what does one offer over the other. Nonetheless, I choose to install both because variety (to me ) is the spice of life. I am a casual user and I like both and have both installed on several machines and a laptop. I, however, since I use Linux for my home network as a server, I have stayed with SuSE, but my server is still at 10.0. It seems to me the best choice as a server, having learned from 7.x on how to configure a server, now it is easier under 10.x --Keith
