[opensuse] 13.1 KDE/Network Scanner in a different subnet

Hi, I asked the same question with 12.3(?) before, and got no comments, so I was just hoping I could find a solution with 13.1. But I still can't find a way to let this 13.1 machine recognize an hp photosmart premium c309g as a scanner in Yast(GUI). Its printer part is working fine because I can specify it's IP(192.168.199.241/28), which is outside of this PC's subnet (172.16.1.0/24). Is there any way to install it via CLI?
