Read RFC 1036, References is required in Replies. Threading is
done using it.

Over 600 Lines in ChangeLog, bugfixes (incl. memory leaks,
segfaults, ...) and features (better viewing, faster threading,
pgp5, some new config-options, ... )
Mutt is still in development.
