[opensuse] New kernel - different from standard 13.1 kernel - patched for Ralink rt2800pci problems

I owe a HP 650 notebook, and could not reach the net with opensuse 13.1. Today I started up a newly installed 3.12.6 kernel, and could make internet connection. I suggest software- development to patch the standard kernel.
