[opensuse] can't see my cell phone with adb devices

Hi, trying to connect to my android phone with usb debugging, It is there when looking a lsusb: daniel@venus:~> lsusb Bus 002 Device 003: ID 1782:5d24 Spreadtrum Communications Inc. I added a file:///etc/udev/rules.d/51-android.rules containing # neues Handy SUBSYSTEM=="usb", ATTR{idVendor}=="1782", MODE="0666", GROUP="users" killing udev, adb and whatever I found on google did not help, neither rebooting. adb devices shows an empty list... Can you help?
