I'm observing long delays in the list. Mail from the list are taking up to 3 hours to be posted. On gmail it is worse, they are not even arriving.
I have this happen to me as well but its not all the time, it happens for a period of days or a week or so then it goes away. It working fine for me at the moment.
However, they appear instantly on the web archive.
It is not a problem local to me, I verified.
