Hi! How can I encrypt all FTP connections to my server using SSH? Is there any SFTP daemon around? I'd prefer to use my current ftpd and add ssh encryption to it but I dont know how.
Check out hsftp. I've used it and it makes copying files so easy. To make it like an ftp server you can use a chrooted shell for the ftp account. - -- James Oakley Engineering - SolutionInc Ltd. joakley@solutioninc.com http://www.solutioninc.com -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.4 (GNU/Linux) Comment: For info see http://www.gnupg.org iD8DBQE6zHbj+FOexA3koIgRAmfTAJ93Wt0d1mZLBBRYhlxEftUnQZl5GgCgmras sj9QnposDgy4qNsPlFZfYoI= =Lxw1 -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
