I guess it is a list's rule not to send the mail to the original sender. I do not get mine either. But gmail is good, it threads them ok with the responses. Also, I have configured my kmail to put all send and received mails from/to lists.suse.com in one folder, and it threads them as well. So check your send mail folder. At least my mails are there :)
Then things have changed overnight. I receive *all* mail I post to the list via the list. -- Patrick Shanahan Registered Linux User #207535
I think this a gmail thing. gmail is very good at deleting duplicate e-mails, so if someone forgets to delete your address from the to line and you would normally get 2 copies, gmail only shows you one copy. I'm pretty sure it also eliminates inbound e-mails that are simply copies of what it sent. Anyway, ever since I moved to gmail I don't get copies of my list mail. It is a little annoying not being positive a mail went out, but blame gmail, not the list. FYI: I'm on several lists, and gmail affects them all the same.
