Is this the only error message you get? How did you install virtualbox and how did you try to start it?
- Installed it, via your your very-own RPM . . . for which 'Thank you, indeed'
I would suggest to create an extra udev rule for it.
How can I do that, please ?
If you installed my rpm such a rule is installed too.
how did you try to start it?
- by pressing the "Start" button :)
hmm. Did you do follow the README (/usr/share/doc/packages/virtualbox-snapshot/README.SUSE)? Basically you have to do the following: - install the rpm (it seems that you have already done this step) - load the kernel module (i guess you did that too (modprobe vboxdrv)) - add your user to the group "vboxusers" Marcus -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
