I could not find a way to do an upgrade when Installing from FTP. Is this possible? It tells you in the side bar that an upgrade will take a long time etc etc, but it only actually gives you the option for new install, or boot installed system...
Peter,
To do an ftp upgrade you have to enter 'suse_upgrade' (without the quotes, of course) in the kernel options section that you see on the kernel selection screen after booting with the iso download.
Is it possible with the floppy images? or do you need the iso? -- Peter Nixon http://www.peternixon.net/ PGP Key: http://www.peternixon.net/public.asc
