This means that the file in question has disappeared when it tried to create an index of the file, so there is nothing to worry about.
Yes, there is, because it wrote thousands of lines to the log saying I can not find this or that file. Many thousands. The log is 2 gigabyte in size.
Rather, because it is an application with a notorious reputation for eating up CPU, uninstalling tracker-related files is recommended on all distros.
