Hi Chris, I tried your suggestion to change the kernel # (version.h) but it already shown as "2.4.0", so I believed it is in somewhere else. I tried both 2.2.16 and 2.4.0 kernel and both not working. So far, no joy on getting it to work on my Acer TM734TL notebook. :( Dennis/sg
I tried the Lucent driver but it refused to work and complaint on Not working under Kernel 2.4?
See: http://walbran.org/sean/linux/stodolsk/ download the latest driver (ltmodem-5.78e.tar.gz) and compile it. There are some specific instuctions for compiling for 2.4 in there as well.
