[opensuse] Cannot find novell-novell-ipsec-tools rpm

I have been trying to find a open source vpn client to connect to Nortell vpn server. I ran across some references to turnpike and dependent rpm can be used to connect to Nortell vpn server. I download turnpike and novell-nortelplugins, but I had a dependency issue of novell-ipsec-tools. I am unable to find an rpm for novell-ipsec-tools. Where can I find novell-ipsec-tools >= 0.6.1 ?
