Yes - however, I was just following the instructions that accompany SuSE's XFree download. Despite these minor directory-removal warnings, I went ahead and ran Sax2. Seemed fine. XFree86 4.2.0 is up-and-running now :-) I just have to check everything thoroughly, to find out what broke (or, more likely, needs tweaking back to what I had before).
