Couple days ago I ran updates as root. System was little used previously. Shortly after, as ordinary user, I edited menus, to add items in internet web browsers for different profiles. Now I find I made a little mistake that needs correction. However, when I start the menu editor now, for most folders that should contain apps, nothing expands when I click a + and get a -, as if all menu content has disappeared. How does one go about fixing this?
Update KDE.
Update how? I just did online updates in YAST that included KDE.
There's a SuSE ftp site, where you can get later versions than what's included with the distro. Also Yast tends to update only security problems. I don't recall the URL for where the kde update is. Perhaps someone else recalls.
