You will not be able to install anything that depends on the new RPM which includes zypper in the first place and likely will have more and more conflicts.

Problem: the installed perl-RPM2-1.4-1.27.x86_64 requires 'librpm.so.9()(64bit)', but this requirement cannot be provided deleted providers: rpm-4.18.0-6.2.x86_64
perl-RPM2 checks failed with new RPM (actually test script crashes). This program is 6 years old, so at some point it is expected to fail. Do you need this package at all?
