Well, sending money directly to the developers is of course a good idea. :) But what I really meant is that I like SuSE and I would like to support it in some way. I don't need installation CDs, however, and quite frankly, they are rather expensive. I know I could support SuSE with my work but I don't have time for that so I would like to weasel out with monetary contributions. :) In any case, seems that there is not a good way to contribute so I guess I will keep on using that gread distro without giving anything back. :) On 10/27/06, Darryl Gregorash <raven@accesscomm.ca> wrote:
What are you two going on about? He wants to send them more money than the box costs..
since this is Novell Corp and they don't need any extra money (probably wouldn't be allowed to accept it anyway), he could always send large sums of cash to a couple of poorly paid SuSe guys, like Andreas and Marcus (who will, of course, then send a large share of it to me, for making this suggestion)
