Every desk in our office has a Linksys SIP phone - I know we have experimented with putting SIP clients on the PC, which makes sense for some jobs. When you're sat at your desk, it doesn't matter much whether your bluetooth headset is connected to your PC or to a separate phone device.
I also only use SIP phone at my work and I am not a frequent phone speaker. I have a high quality headset and listen to music most of the workday (I like Radioparadise a lot ) So I like to be able to answer a call without replacing my headset. Using SFLPhone on OpenSUSE 13.1 it even muted Amarok when a call was received. Sigh..
Maybe it wouldn't be too difficult to get SFLPhone to build for Leap42x ? -- Per Jessen, Zürich (-3.8°C) http://www.cloudsuisse.com/ - your owncloud, hosted in Switzerland. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
