Hi all,
Hi you :-)
I used to have a daemon (or was it a cronjob?) that made my linuxbox connect to a special site on the internet once in a while (everyday i think) and adjust it's time. I've lost it somehow and I can't find it anymore. I don't think it was xntp, but maybe it was. Where do I have to look?
thanx,

I would recommend that you check www.ntp.org, follow the link to public time servers, then download/use rdate -s <time.server.name> I put that line to my /etc/rc.d/boot.local script and it works great. --Jyry -- To unsubscribe send e-mail to suse-linux-e-unsubscribe@suse.com For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the FAQ at http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/
