Two problems here, 1. When I view certain documents in ghostview, the size is set to A4, but I want to print them in Letter size. Ghostview will not allow me to change the media size. An example is the "Cathedral and the Bazaar" document by Eric S. Raymond. I would like to print in Letter size, but cannot - result is when I do attempt to print it, I lose the tail-end of some pages. Any ides, anyone? 2. I tried to use the apsfilter setup utility (/var/lib/apsfilter/SETUP). The main screen appears and asks for <RETURN> to continue. This I do, then the script exits. ????? Am I missing something??
Thanks in Advance --
Hey Dave: You might try editing the files /etc/apsfilterrc.xxxx (xxxx being your printer name) and /etc/apsfilterrc. My printer was setup to print horizontal on the page (like a book with facing pages).
