Hello:
Recently when I want to copy a google search result link to the clipboard, using the browser's copy link address (opera 11) or copy link location (firefox 7) option, the resulted link is a mystic redirecting google url address instead of the link url.
This is how google measures the effectiveness of their search results. They hit their site, count the hits, then send you on to the target. If you want the actual url, open the site first then copy and paste the actual URL. Yes it is annoying, but so many other "search engines" were simply scraping google results (I'm looking at you Bing) that they felt they had to do this.
