modprobe can't find sound-slot-1

During system startup I get these messages: Sep 16 12:58:54 suillus modprobe: modprobe: Can't locate module sound-slot-1 Sep 16 12:58:54 suillus modprobe: modprobe: Can't locate module sound-service-1-0 Sep 16 12:58:54 suillus modprobe: modprobe: Can't locate module sound-slot-1 Sep 16 12:58:54 suillus modprobe: modprobe: Can't locate module sound-service-1-0 But I can't figure out where these messages are coming from. I looked in the obvious place, /etc/modules.conf, and found references to sound-slot-0 but not to sound-slot-1. I even tried: grep -r sound-slot-1 /etc /lib/modules and came up with nothing. Any other suggestions about where to look? Paul
