Hello all, Well, I've got my 8.0 installed and it's running very well. However, I've got a problem with my nvidia drivers. I installed the current 2880 drivers via Yast2 and I can run "Gears" fine. However Tux Racer won't run and when I try to run quake3, I get this error: Using XFree86-VidModeExtension Version 2.1 XF86DGA Mouse (Version 2.0) initialized XFree86-VidModeExtension Activated at 640x480 Using 8/8/8 Color bits, 24 depth, 0 stencil display. I get the nvidia splash screen fine too, so it appears the drivers are loading ok. It looks like quake and tuxracer are trying to load the mesa opengl drivers. I would appreciate any suggestions on how to get the "glx" nvidia driver loaded instead. Thank you for your assistance. Charles __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
