I would check this on the forums, because the situation has been changing and I don't think the documentation has all been updated for 11.3.

If they really needed to be updated - I think it would be apropriate to leave a message on the wiki articles' discussion pages and a maintenance tag (see: http://en.opensuse.org/Help:Tag) on the article page or edit the articles (if you know in what way they should be). But I would think the problem were now no so much the articles:
