Does anyone know of a good network mapping program or collection of programs to help in this area?
Perhaps ntop. It is a daemon. It collects info about the traffic it sees, calculates stats, and you can see them in a local webpage. To see all your network you need that your machine is connected to a privileged port in the switch, so that it sees all traffic. - -- Cheers, Carlos E.
