No, if you go to the settings, there is a "data" tab.
At least with the new SpiderOakOne GUI client there is an option there to keep a local copy of all archived data blocks.
You can either provide a local Folder or an FTP / SFTP server.
I haven't tried it yet, but if I'm going to add any data to what I'm backing up, I'm thinking it would be smart. No value in having 100+ GB only available for restor from across the cloud.
