[opensuse] Privoxy keeps getting disabled

As the subject suggests. I enabled and use Privoxy. On each boot it's disabled. When I go into System Services in Yast I enable it. If I then close and go back into System Services it has No* in the enabled column when it should read Yes. What on earth is going on? This is incredibly frustrating.
