Well, they're not really websites. Websites use HTML. They're just flash sites that happen to use the same network. But whatever, just don't use them. If possible, let them know why they lost your business. I don't have flash installed at work. And at home I run with it disabled, except when there's a particular video I want to see. Most sites have non-flash alternatives anyway.
