There is a default smb.conf file to be found in /usr/share/doc/packages/samba/samples. (In fact there are many different ones). Hi,
I was stupid enought to delete the "samba.conf" file. I thought swat would recreate the file itself, but doesn't. Then I just created the samba.conf file myself, but the configuration program swat doesn't seem to be able to write to the file. I guess that's because I created a totally empty file.
Where can I get a samba.conf file with the standard settings from?
