back this morning :-( so two possibilities: * the 13.2 ssd is failing. how can I test a ssd from a working 13.1? Kingston says the disk is ok. the disk being plugged in an external dock, I changed dock just to see - no change. When the disk is plugged as e-sata, I can boot 13.2 in recovery mode (second option of boot menu), but yast segfault. I can't boot from install dvd or usb key, stops at "loading extra drivers". so I unplugged e-sata and only connected the disk as usb. I can boot the old 13.1 install (on a other disk) and access the 13.2 root, but *not* the xfs /home. xfs_repair -n is trying to find an other suoerblock, but do not find any :-( too old kernel? 13.12 is up to date. * how can I restore from a previous snapshot (root is btrfs) from command line? tried this. snapper says it can't create the readonly backup snapshot and quit. I don't remember having anything important on this disk, I may reformat it completely? jdd -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
