Hi all, Last week we had a discussion in our department. We provide others with a ready-to-run usb-stick, we often we get reports of hardware not working (while we know that in a subsequent release of a distro it is working) My idea was to switch to Tumbleweed, not only using: ../repositories/openSUSE:/Tumbleweed/standard/ And also the others in ../repositories/driver:/wireless/openSUSE_Tumbleweed and ../repositories/driver:/nic/openSUSE_Tumbleweed And perhaps those in X11:/lxde, filesystems and security:/chipcard/ But i was confronted with reports from Greg, indicating a rough ride with regards to display drivers. Obviously, priorities are: 1) display 2) chipcard 3) nic 4) wifi (if you can't see properly, others are of no concern :-) Any other points-of-view, suggestions? -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
