Cable access finally becomes available in my area this month. I'm already stuck renting a modem from the supplier, I would just as soon buy my own ethernet card instead of paying the cable co. an extra $50. Ethernet is a new thing for me, and all the cable co. said was that it had to be 10BT. I looked at www.pricewatch.com, and found several 32 bit pci cards cheap. Will linux support all ethernet cards or do I need to narrow my search? Are there any cards that any of you would recommend or condemn? Thanks in advance. -- To get out of this list, please send email to majordomo@suse.com with this text in its body: unsubscribe suse-linux-e
