[opensuse] ftps protocol not supported in Leap 42.2 and 42.3 KDE3

Hello: I use KDE3 in all of my openSUSE systems as desktop manager. I found that ftps protocol is not working in openSUSE Leap 42.2 and 42.3 KDE3. When I write "ftps://ftp.xxx.xxx:21" either into krusader or konqueror address bar I get this error message: Protocol not supported ftps ftps works in openSUSE 13.2 KDE3 and "ftps://ftp.xxx.xxx:21" in the address bar brings up the login window. Is there a way to make ftps work in Leap 42.2 and 42.3? (I also checked KDE4 krusader (2.4.0-beta3, KDE 4.14.33) and it doesn't support ftps protocol either in Leap 42.2 or 13.2.)
