I have a similar yet different problem. I have subscribed to an e-mail address that can receive e-mails, but from which I can no longer send e-mails. So I get the e-mails, but I cannot unsubscribe.
If you have a gmail account, you can set it up to accept sending with a different from address. You have to prove that the account is yours; if I remember right, they send an email to that address with a link for verification. As you can receive on that address, it should work. That's what I do for sending with my opensuse.org alias, like now. If that doesn't work, to unsubscribe an email that no longer works I think you have to contact the "owner" for each list, as there is no management web link. - -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R.
