Hi list,
My friend mistakenly installed SuSE Linux 10.1 with Gnome instead of KDE, after that they hardly installed network, which took a long time. Now he wants to switch to KDE, but without re-installing system(not ot lose that network;)).
Is it possible?
Any help greatly appreciated.
Open Yast > Software Mangement. Change the filter to "Selections". Select KDE Desktop Environment and all of KDE Install. After it's installed, you can select whichever desktop at login.
